EAPUC in Santiago, Chile.

Escuela de Administración Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (EAPUC) MBA-UC, Santiago, Chile

Chile is a beautiful and diverse country. Located in the southwestern corner of the South American continent, Chile stretches from Peru to Antarctica for more than 2,600 miles. Different weather conditions throughout its long terrain create a great variety of landscapes, colors, and environments. The Andes mountain range, reaching more than 22,000 feet above sea level, separates the country from Bolivia and Argentina.

Santiago: A Modern Capital

Santiago is a modern and safe city, which makes it one of the most attractive Latin American capitals in which to live. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, it is located 40 miles west of some of the best skiing in the Southern Hemisphere, and about 80 miles east of the Pacific Ocean beaches. It is a cosmopolitan city with an active cultural life. The climate is Mediterranean, with cold, rainy winters and warm, dry summers. Temperatures fluctuate between lows of 53 F and highs of 86 F in summer, and from 37 F to 59 F in winter.

Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC)

Escuela de Administración (EAPUC) is considered one of the most prestigious universities in Chile and Latin America, given its high standards and highly qualified and motivated team of professors. The undergraduate and MBA programs in the Business School have received accreditation by AACSB International—the first institution in South American to be recognized by AACSB.

The student body consists of 1,400 undergraduate students, 500 students in the MBA program, and approximately 2,000 professionals enrolled in non-degree executive education programs.

Explore the PUC website for information about the academic calendar, the application process, student life, and more.

The Full-Time MBA-UC Program

Exchange students are encouraged to arrive at  PUC at least one week prior to the beginning of classes, and will participate in an orientation that takes place during the first week of classes. Eller MBA students may spend one semester of their second year in the Full-Time MBA-UC program, during the period corresponding to its third, fourth, or fifth trimester. Because the courses offered at EAPUC during its first four trimesters correspond to Eller core courses, Eller students should choose their classes from the available electives.

Explore the Business School website for information about the program, curriculum, and courses (see “malla curricular”) and faculty.

Apply online to PUC as an exchange student and view the Handbook for Exchange Students (in Spanish)

Feel free to contact partner school representatives for general information. To start the application process, however, contact and meet with UA Office of Study Abroad and Student Exchange.
